We had severe storm winds in Pretoria a couple of weeks ago. My tile roof was damaged and I submitted a claim to my insurance. The Insurance appointed Gj & T home renovations for the inspection. To my astonishment, Gj & T report that the roof was damaged due to maintenance, but the damage occurred instantaneously during the storm. Now the Insurer will not fix my roof...

I upgraded my data contract of 100 GIG per month end November 2020 which would expire December 2020. I phoned Vodacom early December as my new contract did not reflect on my account. Vodacom said it will only come into effect when the previous contract expired end December 2020. Now I found out that my "upgrade" was to a 1 GIG per month contract!!!!! why would I ever upgrade from 100 GIG to 1 GG???

I made a payment on 22 July 2020 from my bank to Vodacom (bank approved beneficiary) and this payment still does not reflect on my vodacom statement
