A job well done
Very impressed about the commitment, timeously and effective delivery of the project - He treated me with respect and kept me up to date all the time. I was also impressed with the quality of his job *I would recommend this builder to anyone*

Unethical conduct
I left my bank guaranteed cheque after the auction (which I didn't buy anything on the auction),I requested the sales person to keep it for me until the next day (because of the long queue).The following day I went to pick to up my cheque only to find that it has now being cashed-to my surprise because I didn't buy anything.I was told to now have to wait for several days before I can get it back.I asked the manager how can this happen because their T & C specifically state that only EFT payment takes 5 to 7 before it can be refunded but bank cheques are immediately recallable.He started being aggressive and he told me that he wont help I must go to hell (literally).Firstly I am shock at how they conduct their business because some people end up forfeiting their deposit if they are late but they can keep customers money without any penalties.I was really shocked and disappointed at their attitude and unwillingness to take responsibilities and one thing for certain I am not the only unhappy customer and should you even think of doing business with them I would really advise to really think twice - very unorganised and no one seems to know whats happening and they have no respect
