On the 24th of January 2017 I emailed Koos via their website to complain that the can of baked beans in tomato sauce I opened contained no baked beans at all, the can was full of chick peas (we hate chick peas)

On the same date I received the standard atomated response thanking me for my email and that a member of the Koo family would be contacting me shortly..........I have to ask what their definition of shortly is as they have still not gotten back to me. I sent a second email on 28th January and again Iam still waiting.

Whilst I am not expecting a life long supply of '****s in a can' I was at least expecting an apology :(

I do receive their numerous marketing emails though, they come through almost daily!

After not receiving any response from Koo I went online to find out if they were part of a bigger group. Koo canned products fall under Tiger Brands so I emailed them on Friday 3rd Feb. I am pleased to advise that Tiger Brands phoned me today, the 6th of Feb and apologised for everything. My original complaint via the Koo website was never received but as soon as Tiger Brands received my email they responded immediately. My faith in the product has now been restored.
