Pathetic customer service from Koodoo

They’re quick to take your money but customer service when you have a problem with the item purchased is pathetic. Purchased a PlayStation product from them, the item was received in an original box but was dusty. The device worked to three weeks and has stopped working. I emailed customer care to advise of the issue and there was no response. I had contacted them telephonically and they had very rudely advised that they will respond to my email, two days later and there’s no response from them. This was the first and last time purchasing from this useless establishment. The only reason I had trusted them was because they’re listed under the PlayStation website as one of the stockists, worse mistake using Koodoo. These people clearly don’t honour their guarantee on products purchased and gives PlayStation a bad name!
