Results from car "service" and replacement or radiator fan. You be the judge.

Sent our XTrail in for service and replacement of radiator fan. Results when we received the car back: - Fan assembly: Loose and rattling - Aircon pipes over radiator: Not fastened, thus (obviously) loose. - Some crossmember nuts not tightened, leaving play and rattling on the bonnet/engine cover. - Engine base plate: Torn apart the entire length across from left to right, Centre pin hold base plate in place is gone. The one torn piece that is still attached to the bumper is pulling the bumper down. - Fan assembly bottom bolts missing - thus fan assembly loose. - Oil not filled up. - Air filter pipe's bracket/clip: Broken off.
