Results from car "service" and replacement or radiator fan. You be the judge.
Sent our XTrail in for service and replacement of radiator fan. Results when we received the car back: - Fan assembly: Loose and rattling - Aircon pipes over radiator: Not fastened, thus (obviously) loose. - Some crossmember nuts not tightened, leaving play and rattling on the bonnet/engine cover. - Engine base plate: Torn apart the entire length across from left to right, Centre pin hold base plate in place is gone. The one torn piece that is still attached to the bumper is pulling the bumper down. - Fan assembly bottom bolts missing - thus fan assembly loose. - Oil not filled up. - Air filter pipe's bracket/clip: Broken off. I am putting it out there. If these are the types of results you want, Koops are your go-to guys! Enjoy the experience. )-;

Horrible Service Received
I booked my car in for major service and my car came back with a lot of mechanical problems and some parts ****** from my new car. Returned the car for warranty repair, but it came back worse not to mention the fact that I paid a lot of money for unsatisfied service. To top the matter up, my new spare wheel was ****** and replaced with an old wheel. I am heartbroken and frustrated with the service I recently received from Koops.

Horrible Service Received
I booked my car in for major service and my car came back with a lot of mechanical problems and some parts ****** from my new car. Returned the car for warranty repair, but it came back worse not to mention the fact that I paid a lot of money for unsatisfied service. To top the matter up, my new spare wheel was ****** and replaced with an old wheel. I am heartbroken and frustrated with the service I recently received from Koops.

Unreliable Vehicle Service Centre
Took my Citi Golf to be serviced at KOOPS Gezina, being impressed by the replacement of a water pump on the vehicle. Afterwards, a complete different scenerio - the breather pipe was damaged by the mechanic, the clutch on the vehicle is still malfunctioning, after replacing wheel bearings a wheel balancing was not performed which caused the front brand new tyres to be worn out, the engine is giving issues of slugging (no power), wiper pivot shafts was not replaced as requested after spending more than R10,000.00 on repairs. Requesting repairs are met with - it's not necessary. My vehicle is in a state which is going to cost thousands in repairs due to incompetence by a mechanic. It's us as consumer's right to complain about such incompetence. This matter will be referred to the AA as well RMI/MIWA which they are registered with.

Just want to thank Ferdi Cochrane and the team at Koops Gezina for their excellent service and repairs done on my vehicle. I was quoted R32,000 at a well known repair dealership for the same work done at Koops for under R10,000 . Thank you guys and God bless you
