EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I ORDERED NUMEROUS ITEMS FROM MAKRO ONLINE AND WHEN I FOLLOWED UP I REALIZED THAT ONE ITEM WAS, ACCORDING TO MAKRO 'DELIVERED' WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. I PHONED AND INFORMED THEM THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ITEM AND THEY SHOULD DELIVER THE FULL ORDER. AFTER A WHILE I FOLLOWED UP AGAIN AND THE PERSON CANCELED THE ORDER!!! THEY REIMBURSED ME FOR ALL THE ITEMS EXCEPT FOR ITEM THAT WAS - ACCORDING TO MAKRO 'DELIVERED'. I PHONED AGAIN AND INFORMED THEM AGAIN THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS ITEM AND THEY SHOULD REIMBURSE ME. A LADY PHONED BACK AND ASKED ME TO GO TO THE WEBSITE AND 'RETURN' ITEM TO ENABLE THEM TO REIMBURSE ME WHICH I DID. I AM STILL WAITING FOR REIMBUR*****T.
EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. I ORDERED YESTERDAY ON ASAP FOR DELIVERY DV TODAY @ 14H00 AS I HAD TO GO FOR CHEMOTHERAPY. WHEN ARRIVINHOME I ORDERED AGAIN - NEW ORDER - AND BEFORE ORDERING I SAW THE ORDERED TO BE DELIVERED AT DV 14HOO HOWEVET AFTER SUBMITTING NEW ORDER THE OUTSTANDING ORDER OF YESTERDAY "DISAPPEARED". I PHONED PNP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. NONSENSE!! *****!! *******ION ALSO I BOUGHT NUMEROUS TIMES MORE THAN R500.00 PER ORDER AND DID NOR RECEIVE ONE SCRATCH CARD TO DV WIN A PRIZE. EVEN THOUGH I [MUST] RECEIVE E-BUCKS AT PNP I THINK CHECKERS 60 SIXTY MUCH BETTER!!!!!@
EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE ESPECIALLY DELIVERY THEY DON'T MAKE EFFORT TO DELIVER AND THEN ORDER IS CHANGED TO "UNDELIVERED' AND THEY START WITH REFUNDING AND PRODUCTS WERE URGENT FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER. SHOCKING!!!!
WHAT IS GOING ON?? SO MANY ITEMS OUT OF STOCK AND EVEN WORST - AFTER ORDERED AND PAID, YOUR WALLET IS CREDITED FOR EVEN MORE 'OUT OF STOCK' ITEMS THAT YOU ALREADY ORDERED. BAD. MAYBE ASAP PNP WILL BE A BETTER OPTION

I bought fan with light. Remote Takealot sent in Chinese. I wanted exchange for English remote but my boston terriers damaged Chinese remote thus I asked to PURCHASE English remote which they should have delivered in first place but TAKEALOT REFUSED. I CAN"T USE LIGHT AND FAN IN MY ROOM.
