Insurance claims are not the most pleasant of experiences for anyone and the individual assisting you with your claim can either make that experience or break it leaving many people disillusioned about insurance claims. Since I have made enquiry about the claim process Tamryn Boas diligently followed up with me from yesterday calling back at the times when promised and more importantly with a cheerful and pleasant demeanour. My interaction with her made the process so much easier and I am appreciative of the care and understanding that was shown during the claim Tamryn is an asset not only to SAU but the insurance industry as a collective, and your personality talents should be shared as a skill so that another can learn how to interact with claimants.
I just want to publicly thank the staff and management of this organization for living up to the expectation and exceptional service delivery. In August of 2023 i suffered a major engine breakdown with phenomenal costs in excess of R30K. Within days of submission the claim was authorized for the full amount as per plan which covered about 80% of the total costs. Prior to that I have also had two incidents relating to a water pump and alternator, both covered and amounts paid out as per plan. All I can say is that I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an extended warranty, provided you can keep your end of the deal by getting your car serviced on time, there should be no problems. I am glad to be an ambassador for this company and thank you once again for excellent service.
Just want to thank Ferdi Cochrane and the team at Koops Gezina for their excellent service and repairs done on my vehicle. I was quoted R32,000 at a well known repair dealership for the same work done at Koops for under R10,000 . Thank you guys and God bless you
We are on the brink of a digital breakthrough unprecedented in online history and being driven by the Covid 19 pandemic. The question i had to ask myself is, " Do I want to be an observer or a participant? " With Elite inc , the choice wasn't hard to make and I can't think of a better Digital Roadmap to take me into the future.
I have read an amount of negative feedback about the company and unfortunately I cannot justify the accuracy or lack thereof but can only relate to my own experience. I would like to clearly state from the outset that my experience with, We Buy Cars, is no way influenced by anything or anyone for that matter. I recently purchased a Chev Sonic RS from the Silverlakes branch and received nothing but exemplary service from the staff , in particular Duan Neiteler, the dealer who assisted me. From beginning to the end i was kept up to date of the process and there was no need for repeated phone calls and document submissions ,everything requested at the beginning was what was needed. The deal was eventually approved ,I received my vehicle and drove away. I did run into some technical issues and when i phoned Duan he immediately arranged for me to take the vehicle in to their service agents, the problem was diagnosed, parts outsourced with no additional cost to me and the vehicle is driving like a dream as everyone says. I believe that we must give credit where it is due and remain optimistic , afterall we are all human and need to treat each other a little respect if we are to achieve anything , it really does go a long way. Well done to the Silverlakes branch and Duan.
All I want is to speak to a live agent and not be redirected via automation to the service I "require" and then find that no one answers the phone. I have tried (011) 799 3400 and the 0861 105 665 help desk number to no avail. This is unacceptable that an organization like yourself who has a high impact on so many consumers lives cannot afford the courtesy of proper live assistance is despicable to say the least. My request is simple , I need to reset my password and username so that I can access my free report, and , please don't tell me about your email service, I still have not even at the least received a confirmation of receipt. Not happy at all.
