I booked my car in for major service and my car came back with a lot of mechanical problems and some parts ****** from my new car. Returned the car for warranty repair, but it came back worse not to mention the fact that I paid a lot of money for unsatisfied service. To top the matter up, my new spare wheel was ****** and replaced with an old wheel. I am heartbroken and frustrated with the service I recently received from Koops.
Special thanks to Natasha Kok who went out of her way to encourage me to repay my homechoice account. Finally I managed to settle the account and Natasha helped to assist in removing my name on ITC. Thank you very much for your patience and dedication ?.
I'm so disappointed at homechoice, I've fully paid my account so that my name can be cleared off. But no one seems to be saying anything, no wonder people don't pay their accounts because of the incompetence that is in your call centers. You don't answer your phones and when you eventually get someone to answer your call they can't answer you. I've paid your money and I need you to go to experian and remove my name!! Wouldn't recommend homechoice to anyone, so ****ed nxha!!
Nothing beats the level of professionalism for the crew team when I flew from Cape Town to OR Tambo. The crew was highly cautious about the safety of all the passengers due to Covid-19 and they kept on checking and monitoring that safety precautions are taken into consideration from boarding to seating arrangements. Thanks so much to the flight 201 crew for excellent service rendered.
Thanks to the VW roadside assist team who came to the rescue when we got stuck in East London, the Team organized the car to be towed in less than 15 minutes and organized another vehicle so that we could reach place of safety. Big up VW Roadside assist team for the high level of efficiency. South Africa is safe in your hands!
<p>The moment when we decided to stay with standard bank, but to my surprise one woman changed our minds due to the poor service offered.</p> <p>We went to cresta mall branch and my business partner had to open an account urgently seperate from his other existing accounts in order to perform international business transactions with it, to my surprise one of the consultant made us look so small and as if we do not know who we really are or maybe she judged us based on our age? don't know.</p> <p>My business partner was refused to open an account with standard bank because according to the rude consulatant my business partner was declared not to be working, well Yes he is not an employee but an employer! This happened on a Friday, then we went back on Saturday and we found the same lady and this time the story changed and they said we could not open an account at Cresta but we should go to Kempton Park, that did not make sense as our offices are based at Cresta and the branch at Cresta is the only one that we could access due to our busy schedule.</p> <p> </p> <p>A consultant with dreadlocks must be put to shame! We are taking business to another bank, we deserve better service.</p>
