Misleading availability and wasted travel time
I contacted Elvis at Korean Auto Spares Randburg regarding a specific part. Although the initial message mentioned an order was required, I was explicitly told via WhatsApp that if I paid, I could "collect it". Relying on this written confirmation, I drove 45 minutes to the premises to verify the part and make payment. Upon arrival, I was informed that the part was not available for collection as promised. This resulted in a wasted 90-minute round trip due to contradictory and misleading information.

Unhappy customer ****** of right to customer right to replace faulty part
Hi I brought parts worth R5000 on the 25/06/24 only to find that one of the part is faulty (baring) and when we returned this morning on the 27/06/24 they refused to take replace it, interesting thing is that they asked me why didn't we send a picture that the part is faulty but when they issued the part they didn't open the box for us to see that everything in the box is in good condition I want my part or refund so I can carry to fix my car which is standing without baring to complete planned repairs

Terrible Service
Terrible service and they did not even adjust the wipers in the correct place. I asked them to replace the wiper motor part that I gave them and they put it in, but left an cracked window. It was not as deep at the start, but spread upwards and I was forced to report it. They refused to fix it, because they said it was too late. Now I am forced to fix it at my own expense. Will never go back again.

Terrible Service

Incompetent/Bad Service
I took my car on the 16 July 2015 for an engine mounting to be replaced and decided to have a minor service done as well. On my way home my oil light went on, weird smell and engine just died. I only received my car back 2 weeks later. Incompetent and will not go back there or recommend them. <br>
