I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed a high-value order on 29 November 2025, which has still not arrived. After refusing my cancellation request (made within 24 hours of purchase), customer service stopped responding to my emails entirely.
The most concerning part is the logic of their 'return policy.' I was told I couldn't cancel and must wait to return the item for a refund. However, their policy is 30 days, and it has now been over 30 days without the item even being delivered. How am I expected to return a product I haven't received? I strongly advise others against this company.
