I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed a high-value order on 29 November 2025, which has still not arrived. After refusing my cancellation request (made within 24 hours of purchase), customer service stopped responding to my emails entirely. The most concerning part is the logic of their 'return policy.' I was told I couldn't cancel and must wait to return the item for a refund. However, their policy is 30 days, and it has now been over 30 days without the item even being delivered. How am I expected to return a product I haven't received? I strongly advise others against this company.
I see there are many unhappy customers complaining about Watchily. I ordered a watch on the 12th of December 2024 (Order #23673) which was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mom. To date (9 January 2025) I still haven't received the watch, and I am struggling to get any communication or updates from them. Do yourself a favour and DON'T order from them.
I ordered R1 450 worth of dog food from them and the money was taken from my account. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at the company for the last 5 days. No luck. I even drove to the address on their website, but the address provided is not correct. There is no contact number and they do not answer any of their emails, WhatsApp communication or online communication on their website.
