I have placed an order for dog food on the 12th February. On the 13th , I sent an email asking when it will be delivered to ensure someone is home. A reply came back saying it should have been delivered and they will investigate and revert back....still waiting. Sent two more emails , one being today (16 February) and still no respons. Phone the cell number as advertised on the Internet, no reply. Really disappointed! I want a full refund please so can buy my dog food somewhere else. Regards Mardie

ZUKI Pet is a terrible company. They don't pay small businesses the invoices that are owed. I've been waiting for months to get paid and they don't even reply. The staff are aggressive, and one of their senior managers swore and was extremely rude, especially to my female staff members. I wouldn't use this company.

The lack of communication is infuriating and inexplicable! I have no idea how to get any resolution around my order so I cancelled everything but Im still unsure about an order tha is supposed to happen in 2 days time. I am now just sitting and waiting to see what happens. Zuki Pet used to be impressive with communication, but since the launch of their new website and business they have lost that completely!

Zuki Pet has no contact number and they don't respond to e-mails. I placed an ordered on 20 March 2025 and the wrong cat food was delivered. I e-mailed Zuki Pet on 22 March 2025, asking for collection of the wrong food but no response came. It is 28 March 2025 and I have not heard back and have since had to buy my kittens other kitten food from a different store. This non communication is unacceptable. The cost of my order was close to R1000. To spend more money to ensure your pets eat, because a company cannot deliver the items you order or even exchange them is unacceptable. I am disappointed and agitated because if you don't have a call centre, at least respond to your mails and fix your mistakes.

Placed order 13:01, got despatch confirmation at 16:13. At 17:40 order arrived 🙌. Way over performance. I do not think, they will do better than that. Thanks for a great service for first time buyer. The discount was also great.

I have placed my order and was told that my order has been dispatched. I did a follow up on the order, nothing has been dispatched. I would like a refund today. Please can someone contact me I need an urgent response.
