Allowed me to be assaulted by refusing my Dubai connect
They refused my Dubai connect with a layover of 20hrs falling well over and within the minimum requirement. This out me in a situation where an old Indian man attempted to assault me while I tried to sleep. They put me in danger by right out refusing my eligibility for the Dubai connect. Don't trust this service. 3rd world countries are sardines with each other and you have to also be careful they don't try to ***ually assault you in your hotel room Shameful for Dubai. Emirates is a shame to the country.

Tasneem - wonderful service. Appreciate the assistance and answering any queries I had. Even giving me a nice lower premium for being a good girl driver with no claims for over a decade. The Most Useless, Brain-Dead “Service” on Earth – Bravo, SARS
I just needed to change my phone number. That’s it. To file a return. Not do a full audit. Just change a moderchot number. But apparently, that’s too much for SARS and its agente rincoglionita who answered the phone. This absolute disgrace of a human, whose brain must have taken a sabbatical, sat there fumbling like a toddler in a dark room and then hung up the call without doing a single ****** thing. Not an explanation. Not a transfer. Just click — gone. Qué cojones. If you're reading this from SARS: do you hire staff based on a test of how useless they can be? Because if so, congrats, this agent gets a gold medal. Merde, absolute merde. I answered every security question correctly — name, ID, tax number, address — and this tête de mule still couldn’t comprehend what to do. She was probably googling how to breathe while on the call. I swear I’ve seen sloths on ketamine move faster than SARS processes. I wouldn’t trust this organisation to operate a toaster, let alone handle personal data. You want efficiency? Go ask the Home Affairs department — at least they pretend to give a ****. To the idiot agent: If your job feels hard, just remember, your only task was to listen and not hang up like a boludo sin neuronas. But you still failed. SARS, vaffanculo a voi and your broken system. You're not just *********** — you're a danger to functional society.

Didn't think you would be......despicable
Item description was not accurate and they can easily make it accurate. They deduct courier cost to you and also send you damaged boxes for the items but will then blame you for the damage because they don't send it safely in a box but in an envelope with tight bubble wrap. Send photos of any damage when you received it, cover your side of the situation they cause. Take a video of yourself opening the package and avoid being ****med out of money due to their negligence. They will do anything to deduct money that was due to their own poor packaging - they probably send you damaged packaging and then say it was your fault. Watch out!

Pure incompetence
The pure incompetence I've had to deal with. I got a new number that is banned on what's app because of whatever the previous owner did. I followed the prompts on WhatsApp app as instructed and the back and forth automated prompts from customer service is really just...stupid(kindest word I can use) I am not being assisted. When I go to contact support in the app, as instructed it emails them and then they email back saying they don't help over email.. 2024 is almost over for this stupid to stay in 2024.. Even after I send you a video to show that it takes me to an email to send..

ZA government, ever surprising
Great website, I say sarcastically. Try to register and the page just loads again and again and again and when it does seem to work it says user already taken and when I try to go use other ones then it tells me to log in a select forgotten password and when I do that it says user information not verified Ahhh, the wonders OF South Africa government. Let's add more stress to unemployed indoviduals by not being able to dok the most basic website development....

Debt collectors MAY NOT THREATEN TO LIST YOU ON ITC. You have no authority to do that. Your behaviour is that of ************, you are ********s behaving with ******** intent. You have no claim to money not owed. You can tsek back to wherever you all crawl out from. Your threats will continue to fall on deaf ears and I will see you in court if you continue to harass and threaten me. The debt you claim to have taken over is unfounded and incorrect. The claim they think they have does not exist, just like you it was a place of thieving hoe bags.
