Be wary of returning an order bought online. They charge almost half the price of the product!! Disgusting !! They also just ignore you as an unhappy customer.
I am totally shocked that when you return an online item, the cost is almost half the price oof the item. How can you purchase at item for R550 and they charge you R200 to return it???
The lack of communication is infuriating and inexplicable! I have no idea how to get any resolution around my order so I cancelled everything but Im still unsure about an order tha is supposed to happen in 2 days time. I am now just sitting and waiting to see what happens. Zuki Pet used to be impressive with communication, but since the launch of their new website and business they have lost that completely!
MTN AND SUMMER MOVILE I was contacted by Summer Mobile on 5th April 2024 to upgrade a data contract that was coming to an end in July. I signed up for a R199 pm 24month contract. I called MTN on the same day to verify that it is only R199 which they confirmed. Today on my banking I see there is a debit to off on the 7th for R2170. I DID NOT SIGN FOR THAT. I SUGGEST MTN CONTACT ME AND RECTIFY THIS BEFORE 7TH JULY SINCE I HAVE TJE CONTRACT I DID SIGN AND IT IS ONLY FOR R199!!!!
I had a rental car from them as my car was in an accident. On 15th January 2024 while my son was in the office, a bakkie reversed into the rental car. The company took full accountability. My credit card was debited by Avis for the full amount of the repairs and issued me a nil invoice. The third party's insurance now wants a letter from Avis stating that I did not claim from my insurers for the event, which I did not. However, Avis is resisting giving me this letter and I cannot fathom why!!!! Despite numerous emails to FNB(who say they cannot issue me with that, which is odd since they are my insurers), I cannot get this letter! Delay tactics at their best. All I want is arefund from the third party's insurance for what I have paid out to fix Avis' car!!!
Despite numerous calls and emails requesting information (since Jan 2022) on my product (disappearance of part of my funds) their lack of response has now required me to reach out to the Ombudsman. Looking at their trust index, I shouldn't be surprised I suppose. Perhaps time to jump ship where client business is appreciated, once my money is returned!!
MTN charged me for data using my airtime when I had data available to use. I know this because the following day my account was credited with 1.5 Gigs of data. However I was still billed for their error at a cost of R1450.<br> I cannot see how 1.5 gigs is fair exchange for R1450 considering it was their mistake!!!
