KRAFTED LINE - HORRIBLE COMPANY

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. I bought a TV stand and Coffee Table combo which were delivered with defects. The TV stand was cracked open and had suffered from rain damage. They use cheap material and their products are of poor workmanship. They refuse to exchange or refund the goods.

They do nighttime deliveries and expected me to accept a delivery at 00:00am midnight. They cramped the goods Into a small Ford Bantam Bakkie without even a canopy resulting in defects and rain damage. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company. I have escalated the matter to the NCC.
