Poor service by ****mers.
****mers of the highest level. Sold me second hand coffee table and TV stand. TzV stand glass delivered with a crack. Dirty cupboards. Very bad service. Unprofessional,

A business run by a shameless *****
The owner is not trustworthy and lies a lot. i accidentally transfered money to his account after buying from him, he is shamelessly keeping it for himself. i am now heading to the small claim court to have the law handle the case

KRAFTED LINE - HORRIBLE COMPANY
EXTREMELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. I bought a TV stand and Coffee Table combo which were delivered with defects. The TV stand was cracked open and had suffered from rain damage. They use cheap material and their products are of poor workmanship. They refuse to exchange or refund the goods. They do nighttime deliveries and expected me to accept a delivery at 00:00am midnight. They cramped the goods Into a small Ford Bantam Bakkie without even a canopy resulting in defects and rain damage. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company. I have escalated the matter to the NCC.

Poor communication and delivery servicr
I ordered with them and they kept lying about my order saying the driver is on his way, when I called the driver he advise he does not have the key for the warehouse and waiting for someone to come, the kept making promises and I had to call after them, no one apologized or just communicated that they no longer coming or should forget about my order, this is the main reason I don't want to support local business because they lack professionalism and don't know how to treat the customers fairly.

Poor quality furniture, pathetic customer service, very disappointing
I bought a TV stand I noticed that it had defects I contacted them they promised to bring me another one, I followed up for 3 weeks, eventually they delivered another one when i inspected it, it was worse that the one they needed to exchange, I sent their driver back with it, I contacted them they ignored my calls and my messages.. worse part was I needed to organise someone to assist their driver to offload from the bakkie because he came to deliver alone..Buy at your own risk.

Dont buy from this company.. . I bought a coffee table and TV stand combo from them and they delivered a table with dents and they promised to send replacement soon, that was last year and they still haven't replace it.
