Dear Vodacom I have a fibre connection account which has been in arrears while i was paying for it. it turned out i was using my old fibre account to make the payments. the issue has been resolved and i have even overpayed the account. but my credit profile remains redflagged. Kindly assist with also updating my credit profile
standard bank, kindly update my credit profile. i am not in arrears on my vehicle account. the bank took time to allocate the instalment i paid used EFT. but the matter was eventually sorted almost 2 months ago, however my credit profile isnt updated
Dear Standard bank i am writing to complain about my vehicle finance account. due to some issues the debit order could not go through on the 25th of september. however i immediately went to a standard bank branch where i was given the account numbers to use to transfer the instalment. as commited i transferred the money using the reference i was given by the bank on 29.09.2025. however i still kept getting messages from lawyers demanding the payment i had made. i then contacted the lawyers and sent through payment proofs. i was promised the money would be allocated to my account but it wasnt, and i was given feedback. yesterday on 21.10.2025 i contacted standard bank collection department and was told the payment was still not aloocated. i am now worried because the bank has now flagged the payment as arrears on my credit profile. this is unfair because i made the payment only 2 working days after the debit could not go through, and even when i kept calling the bank to notify of the payment nothing was done i need my credit profile to be cleared as soon as possible and for the money to be allocated. please urgently assist
Dear Vodacom i have a contract phone account which was sold to me at R299 a month. but i later realised i am to pay R499, when i enquired i was told that i am using extra minutes which was not explained to me when the phone was given. i however arranged for the contract to be fixed to just the alllocated minutes per month. this was done in July, i updated the arrears that had accumulated because of the extra minutes and expected R299 to be deducted. but i still received a statement for R499. please fix this. i tried to fix it over a call but got a rude agent , which is normal at vodacom. i have dealt with three agents who either lie about the products or ARE RUDE when you need assistance.
Vodacom contracts, please remove my old fibre account on credit bearau. it has been closed but looks like it is still active. it is misleading to lenders
AVF please update my credit bearau status monthly, it has been standing in one place for months. it is not showing any movement
Dear BAIC South africa i am writing this with a heart break. i recently purchased a BAIC Beijing from Group 1 Alberton. before agreeing to the deal i test drove the car and was very excited about the features. but when i was to receive the car , the team alerted me that the color i wanted had been sold and convinced me to take a white color on a promise to give some cash back . i was then told that the car doesnt have the voice command features and that i can go to have an installation. however when i asked them to book for the installation they just sent me from pillar to post until i did the booking myself with car services. only to be told that the car doesnt have post installation. and so the dealership deliberately took me on a wild goose chase. as for the reimbur*****t, they its another lie they told, its been days of waiting and getting blue ticked when i ask. i am now stuck with a car i didnt ask for and was **** to, to convince me to take . the car is only 11 days old and i am already unhappy. kindly assist to relieve my agony. The owner is not trustworthy and lies a lot. i accidentally transfered money to his account after buying from him, he is shamelessly keeping it for himself. i am now heading to the small claim court to have the law handle the case
Absa Vehicle Finance, please fix my credit profile. i received a car finance loan from you in 2019 and from day one you gave information to the credit bureau that i am paying hundreds of thousands a month to you, you have halted by life for 6 years, and i believe it was a deliberate attempt to stop me from having credit freedom and to be tied to you. At this moment i am said to be paying R166 000 a month to the ABSA, and in arrears , Obviously no creditor can assist me for anything as this amount automatically reflects that i cannot afford my debts. all this while i have a payment arrangement to pay off my loan interest every month and i am commiting to it. i need my life back please fix this
