I bought a TV stand I noticed that it had defects I contacted them they promised to bring me another one, I followed up for 3 weeks, eventually they delivered another one when i inspected it, it was worse that the one they needed to exchange, I sent their driver back with it, I contacted them they ignored my calls and my messages.. worse part was I needed to organise someone to assist their driver to offload from the bakkie because he came to deliver alone..Buy at your own risk.
I booked with 1 hr ride with Sand boarding Capetown, I had my dates mixed up when I got there I was told I cannot be helped if I want to ride I must pay R500 per person and I was told they are fully , I had already paid 1600 for myself and my friend, requested if I can be given a voucher for another date because I don’t stay in the Western Cape they refuse point blank, I was told to email a guy by the name of Dylan, he was so rude he told me no refund, no voucher.. be warned of such ****mers..
I purchased an iPhone at VODA WORLD Istore. I was told I should also purchase an icare to cover my device from any damage should my device get damaged it will be replaced with the same device,my icare is expiring on the 07/08/2018. 2 weeks ago I handed my device in at Voda World istore, it had a cracked screen, when i dropped it off I was also told that I will get a new one, a week later I received an email to come and collect it, when I got there I found that the device has been repaired, I asked why am I not getting a new one as per what I was told when I purchased the icare, one of the staff member told me that at the time when I bought the icare they were unable to repair screens, now they are able to repair,So does this mean I was mislead, I was lied to, was this a false marketing, now that I am claiming the conditions of the icare all of a sudden have changed? What ever changes made in their policy should not affect the existing customers, their policy of not replacing came after I had purchased my icare therefore what ever changed should apply to the new customers not old ones, I expect my device to be replaced not repaired. This is daylight robbery, it should be stopped. I wrote them an email I will wait for their feedback.
