Poor communication and delivery servicr

I ordered with them and they kept lying about my order saying the driver is on his way, when I called the driver he advise he does not have the key for the warehouse and waiting for someone to come, the kept making promises and I had to call after them, no one apologized or just communicated that they no longer coming or should forget about my order, this is the main reason I don't want to support local business because they lack professionalism and don't know how to treat the customers fairly.
