Extremely disappointed and disgusted

Food was ok and all that Recently booked for a big table and I was surprised why the lady at reception was standing and typing, was waiting for my invoice. She was very slow and was literally bending, I asked her why she’s not sitting down cause she was struggling, her answer was that they are not allowed to sit

I was extremely shocked, in my whole life I have never seen a receptionist standing and typing. Even a cashier at Shoprite has chair. Kream treats employees like slaves have never seen such in my life. Stop treating your workers like slaves. If you didn’t have anyone to work for you, would you have made all that money ??? I was super disgusted. @department of labor must see this. Clearly don’t know how to treat stuff
