Worst restuatants experience
We had the worst experience at Kream Restaurant Brooklyn last week. My husband booked for our anniversary and informed them it's our anniversary but not the usually Kream behavior when celebrating something special. After an hour of being there our drinks order were not even taken yet. We were just served water and had to wait 45minutes for the manager to come before we could order food. By the time he finally came to our table we were so fed up we ended up leaving and rather went somewhere we could get some customer service. Definitely not the service we always got at Kream. Not sure if they under new management but they definitely dropped their standards. We get way better service at Spur these days

We had the worst experience at Kream Restaurant Brooklyn last week. Disappointing Kream Brooklyn
I was at this establishment today for a birthday lunch and whilst the food was great the service was ultra slow (over an hour waiting for starters) and unlike previous occasions no acknowledgement was made of a birthday despite having highlighted this upon booking. Disappointing experience overall- they have lost what made them special amongst peers. I won't be going back and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone, can get awesome food with much better atmosphere, service and attention to clients elsewhere

Extremely disappointed and disgusted
Food was ok and all that Recently booked for a big table and I was surprised why the lady at reception was standing and typing, was waiting for my invoice. She was very slow and was literally bending, I asked her why she’s not sitting down cause she was struggling, her answer was that they are not allowed to sit I was extremely shocked, in my whole life I have never seen a receptionist standing and typing. Even a cashier at Shoprite has chair. Kream treats employees like slaves have never seen such in my life. Stop treating your workers like slaves. If you didn’t have anyone to work for you, would you have made all that money ??? I was super disgusted. @department of labor must see this. Clearly don’t know how to treat stuff

Absolutely loved Kream!
We had a date night and visted the Brooklyn venue. We were blown away by the friendly staff, world class food and stunning atmosphere. 10/10 recomendation.

Restaurant industry
I have been to this restaurant twice now and I must say the service is impeccable. the staff is friendly and very welcoming, the setting is romantic and intimate and the food and wine is probably one of the best I have ever had.

Impressive
Kream Brooklyn never fails to impress me. My younger son is one of the fussiest eaters and after visiting Kream Brooklyn, he managed to give the food 5 stars....unbelievable! The food was outstanding though and is a beautiful restaurant to visit when celebrating a special occasion.

Impressive
