We had the worst experience at Kream Restaurant Brooklyn last week. My husband booked for our anniversary and informed them it's our anniversary but not the usually Kream behavior when celebrating something special. After an hour of being there our drinks order were not even taken yet. We were just served water and had to wait 45minutes for the manager to come before we could order food. By the time he finally came to our table we were so fed up we ended up leaving and rather went somewhere we could get some customer service. Definitely not the service we always got at Kream. Not sure if they under new management but they definitely dropped their standards. We get way better service at Spur these days
Worst customer service ever. Nobody is competent enough to help you when you call in and unresponsive to emails. A month later and I still cant get a letter out of them to confirm my cover.
Its been 30days now since I emailed requesting to cancel my wifi subscription and still no response. My initial email was just forwarded to their retention department but never have anyone contacted me . Their call centers are always busy, its impossible to get through. Ive been sending emails every week, no response Im basically being debited for something im not even using now cause this wifi is horribly slow so I was forced to get an alternative
So I did a google enquiry on legal services with a few law firms. I got either a return email or phone call from other firms but for some reason Burnett Attorneys decided to send someone out to come tell me in person about their services. After this 10minute meeting I then received a email from them asking if they can proceed with my matter and I told them I will let them know as I was still considering my options at that point. Now a few months later I receive a statement saying I owe them R2000 something and its payable immediately. When enquiring what it was for I was told that they opened a file for me and this was their admin fee plus the cost of the initial meeting which I did not request. Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely horrible customer service. Been calling non stop for the last two days trying to get our wifi connected . No communication from their side n still no wifi. Made an immediate payment Monday ,I was told yesterday that they can see the payment but it will take them another 24hours to allocate it.
Im very disappointed with the Maternity benefits that Bonitas offers these days. With my first pregnancy all my antenatal consultations were fully paid without me having to make any copayments. Now I find out I have to pay R1000 with each consultation coz they only cover 2 scans per pregnancy. How ridiculous is that? Whats the point of having maternity benefits without scans. Its not possible to see a gynea without doing a scan, thats the only way he will see how the baby is developing. When I called in to enquire about it I was told that they were advised by the WHO that 2 scans is sufficient for a pregnancy. When i asked why all my scans were then covered the first time around they told me that doctor didnt claim for scans. So what do they think I went to do at the gyneas office every month? Are these rules made by actual medical professionals who knows what they are talking about or is Bonitas just thumb sucking as they go along to save themselves money?
Such bad service at Legit Jacaranda Mall today. Went to exchange a blazer I bought last week . First was asked to take a bigger size and I told the lady that I want the blazer coz it doesnt suite my pregnant body its not about the size. Then she told me they cant exchange it cause I didn't buy it at that store I have to go back to the original store n I told her there is no such policy as I worked in retailed before completing my degree. Then next she asked me to wait cause the person who authorizes went to the toilet. After 20minutes of waiting the person finally returned just to tell me they dont have cash to refund me.
No medication delivered in Jan and Feb . They claim my medical aid never paid them in Jan thats why they didnt deliver but medical confirmed they paid the claim on 19th January. Nobody can give u a straight answer. Unprofessional and incompetent staff
