Excellent Service from Karen Oberholzer @ Pharmacy Direct. Working in the medical aid industry it is sometimes heavy frustrating to work with courier Pharmacies. BUT I found a true gem @ Pharmacy Direct, Karen Oberholzer. If any assistance is needed she is just an email away and respond almost immediately. Karen keep up the excellent work, you are truly a super kind of special and Pharmacy Direct is so lucky to have you.

for 3 yrs my husband has been receiving chronic meds and now this month with the renewal script all of a sudden the medication is processed on my bane and my husband's name, now the meds is being processed from savings. we hv asked y is this so but no1 can give us answers. i do no have any health issues and now this medication being issued is processed on my name and no reason given as to y !!!!! now i received a sms stating the meds is under review and sent to medical advisor.. for wat? wen its been issued for 3 yrs no problms..

Unacceptable service...pharmacy refuses to refund payment for an order paid when there was no stock available. How's that for bad practice! Will never use them again. Be warned ⚠️
