Good morning my name is Eddie De Souza *** ID ***. I am not happy with your service. You Bill me for R229.02 for co payment for meds yet you charge me in advance. I just completed 3 of 6 and opened 4 of 6 now starting for the next 30 days. I still have a full packed meds of 5 of 6. Send me a list of the shortfalls ASAP. And reverse 6 of 6 like now. I don't want it. I want that list like now with the co payments. You charge me for 4 o6 but you don't send the Emerdyne and the Cardivor. Sort out this mess please

Good morning my name is Eddie De Souza medical aid number ***. I was hospitalised from Feb 17 to 20 Feb. I received an outstanding account from EMPATH that the bill is not settled. I have a feeling it may be but if not please be so kind as to settle in full. I am a SASSA RECIPIENT and can't afford to pay them also this bill is for in-hospital treatment. The amount is R1406. Kindly advise

Good day my name is Eddie De Souza medical aid number ***. I was admitted at Mulbarton Hospital on Teusday 17 February with dizziness. I was ordered an MRI scan by Dr Rolland and the co payment is R2800. 00 on authorisation # ***5. I have returned a written request with *** to request the co payment be waived. I am a SASSA recipient and earn R2300.00 per. I am widowed and have no other income. My bank account is bone dry and shows oooo. I have to live at my age of 76. Please consider the request to waive the co payment will set me at ease. Thanks for your kind consideration.

There is one awesome lady Jacky who endure my meds are delivered on time. Sometime even after hours their courier would pitch up. My name is Eddie De Souza ID NUMBER ***. This is my third and final complaint against Nedbank. I have asked for the email address of CEO Jason Quinn. They are mum. Hiding and shying away from reporting bad service. I refer to ***** case CPT 242005 REF ***. This morning I an email from Cindy Huyzer who is supposedly handling my case that she will call me. I responded back to her and I am still waiting. I want to know why are they delaying this matter because as sure as hell that means they *****ing my money too! By refusing to refund me as per the Dispute Form I completed. Can someone please help me. 🙏🙏

I want my refund of R1183.88 today. This is going on since 03 Sept 2025. I completed the Dispute Form. What is Nedbanks problem? I asked for the email address of CEO and everybody is dumb. They don't know. OMG. I am standing on my word by tomorrow Jason Quinn will know me. I will NOT PAY ANY NEW CARD FEES NOR ANY FEES TO THE DISPUTE. I am tired of this nonsense
