Been ****med by Kreditbee personal loans

I asked for loan the approved and they told me to click withdrawal in my wallet on app, but first I need to pay R400 for verification. So I paid it (Proof/ evidence) once I clicked withdrawal I get a notification saying withdrawal failed I notified customer service, they told me I made a mistake and asked for an additional R1000, this is when I knew I've been ****med. No loan, no R400. What do I do now.
