I have been trying to get hold of these people since Thursday last week about a return,they do not respond to my emails,their phone number is in voicemail but I can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. I’m so frustrated and angry about this. I was going to write a good review about the previous order,I won’t do that until they respond to my email. They keep sending me emails about their rugs but they are not responding to emails just because I’m returning something all they want is for us to buy and ignore us when we have issues? That’s ***** I’m beginning not to trust them. Becarful .
