VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!

We've been waiting for our order for the past 45 mins to an hour, when we asked one of the waiters to check on our order, the waiter came back and told us that the slip with our order didn't print in the kitchen they are yet to start preparing our order. We have opted to go back home to be called when our order is ready. WHAT AN EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE, VERY DISAPPOINTING!
