Kryolan Sandton city like a fish and chips brand

It’s shockingly how poorly this Kryolan brand is represented by its staff. I called into their sandton city store and had to endure Portia handle the call as if she’s running a fish and chips shop down town 🫣🙈. I have been waiting for the manager, Tutetji Mokobi to return my call re: the embarrassing service.
