Best Bike Shop experience I've received in 20 years of riding.
Fast KTM Cape Town has helped me out with checking out my bike before I purchased it. Unfortunately the bike was involved in a hit and run, KTM organized for the bike to be transported to them for a damage assessment, and handled my insurance for me. Insurance paid me out for the bike, and KTM helped me organize another Gen 2 Superduke (same spec) as the bike I had previously - for much cheaper than anywhere else I could find the bike in SA. They have also assisted me with fixing items on the bike that needed servicing / replacement (I knew about it before I took delivery of the bike) and even give it a good clean when I drop into the shop every now and again. They are super knowledgable, and friendly guys. They have been amazing on my bike buying journey, and I will DEFINITELY be purchasing more bikes from the team at Fast KTM Cape Town

KTM Cape Town terrible first experience dealing with a dealership!!!
It's been a life long dream to own a KTM, I finally got a second hand KTM. I took it to KTM Cape Town for a huge job on the bike. It's been 3 months now, I've lost my job because of transportation problems. KTM didn't receive a wiring harness I ordered months ago, they haven't really started working on my bike and their solution to my urgency to get transport was to explain to me I have to wait for the next shipment. KTM Cape Town will definitely never see me again. Considering selling my KTM and going to a different brand, I regret that my dream was getting a KTM.

KTM Cape Town Arrogant
I bought a brand new KTM because it is supposed to be the best.... sorry for the language, but the mechanics do not know a thing,incompetent and they are so arrogant. I have never had someone speak to me like that mechanic.
