Unqualified for Electrical / Taken R7500 for labour / System not working

Installation of back up electricity incomplete in zimbali. Rendell Rajanah is the owner of company, refuses to take calls and does not respond to watsap or emails, after being paid R7500 for labour to install and inverter and batteries. Does not stick to time and dates. Promises are not kept. We have had to employ another electrician to sort out all the faults and send a letter of demand for the recovery of the Labour costs.
