Double Charge on Credit Card / No Refund / No Response / Beware of dealings with Dollar/Thrifty
I rented a vehicle at Cape Town international airport 13th October 2022. Days after I returned the vehicle I noticed on my banking statement that I had been double charged. I immediately contacted Tlou Mmethi whom requested bank statement which I supplied same day. I have tried contacted this person by phone and email with no reponce. 13 Oct 2022 DOLLAR RENT A CAR CPT CAPE TOWN -10,432.97 13 Oct 2022 DOLLAR RENT A CAR CPT CAPE TOWN -10,432.97 Unless I recieve a refund I will be taken this up legally.

Company Never delivers goods. Goods disappear. No answer in calls. Stay away!
Scam company! They work in conjuction with SOLAR BATTERY EXPERTS. This company does not take calls or respond to emails. They apparently collect the product from the supplier and then it disappears. It's their modis operandi. There are 100's of bad reviews for this company. I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered since 22nd Decem 2021.

SOLAR BATTERY EXPERTS SCAM COMPANY - NO GOODS RECEIVED - NO CALLS ANSWERED
This particular company listed in social media platforms as www.solarbatteryexperts.co.za seem to register new domains regularly and advertise solar PV panels, lithium ion batteries and inverters at incredible prices. I paid over money just before Christmas for a solar kit which I have not received. The person +27 81 362 8649 connected to this phone number does not answer calls and only responds to watsap. They apparently use "the courier company" to deliver orders. This also seems to be part of the scam as they also don't take any calls and the tracking number given does not exist. I have laid a charged of fraud at SAPS and have listed this company on all social media platforms.

Unqualified for Electrical / Taken R7500 for labour / System not working
Installation of back up electricity incomplete in zimbali. Rendell Rajanah is the owner of company, refuses to take calls and does not respond to watsap or emails, after being paid R7500 for labour to install and inverter and batteries. Does not stick to time and dates. Promises are not kept. We have had to employ another electrician to sort out all the faults and send a letter of demand for the recovery of the Labour costs.

Wilth holding funds / No Payout / Delays / Flagged / 13 days later still no payment / stay away from yoco
Absolutely shocking service. Shoved from pillar to post. Called their support number for past week. Average hold time 12 minutes. No management available. Leroy does not return calls or email. Sent email to risk@yoko.com - no reply. Their phone number is 0875509626 is a joke. Placed on hold! Annelise was supposed to also call us back... Which she never did. Apparently in meetings. Spoke to receptionist - says they recieve so many complaints withholding funds - So many transactions get flagged for fraud. This is their way of earning interest. I don't recommend using this company as they offer zero customer support. We have cancelled our machines for both companies
