They did not deliver the rooter as I was at work around 9:53 when they call to deliver I said I'm at work and they didn't want to bring the rooter at work

After going back and forth, and the parcel ending up in a locker in the wrong town, i went to collect it and guess what, no parcel at all. Empty locker!

I paid for a courier to be done from KZN to JHB over a week ago. The money came off my credit card online and that's where it ended. No email. No phone call. Nothing. The only thing missing is my money. Their phone number is disconnected and no response to my email. They have just stolen my money- criminal.

Paid the shipping fee. Received a waybill via email. Tried to contact them numerous times via the number listed in the contact details and via emaI. ZERO RESPONSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

based on the previous reviews for this company I am nervous about my package because there are no updates on the track and trace page on the website, I tried calling the contact number but it says this call could not be connected. I messaged on Facebook messenger, no response, I've sent an email and I'm quite sure there won't be a response. I can't believe it is so difficult for customers to get in contact with a customer service rep. How poor can your customer service possibly be? I was so keen to use this company because of the prices but all I have is regret because I was relying on the expected turn around time for delivery according to what the website quoted me. Even if the package was late I would be ok but I can't even get a simple update on when I can expect the package. I submitted this request on the 1st and I will need to go and collect the package myself if I don't receive an update today, but then how do I get my money back?

We have been using their services for some time now and they are super affordable and reliable. Their prices are extremely affordable. Unfortunately we have had an displeasing experience over the phone with a lady by the name of Charity, she's rude, impatient and unnecessarily terrible to communicate with. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Over all, great service.
