I bought a VIP toilet trailer at JTM, the toilet has so many faults yet it is new, when i complained i'm told that they cannot assist me, i need to go buy the parts for myself, this is very disappointing to pay my hard earned cash and yet i cannot be assisted when i need help, not even to come and check what is wrong with the product that i have purchased
very diasppointed by our car dealer nissan, since i took my car for service complaining about the dashboard engine light ever since my car was new, they couldn't find a fault only now after 4years they found a fault, now to fix it it's taking forever, i'm now going on the 3rd week without a car, not a atleast a curtersy car so that i can atleast be able to attend my meetings at work, let alone my other errands my work requires that i have a car but dololo till today, this is very frustrating. a claim has been submitted but it's taking forever to be approved

Morning sir/ madam<br> <br> Im a disappointed Absa customer even though they financed my car, It happened when the mining companies went on strike for 5 months where I couldn't afford to pay my car insurance because I work on the mine , then I tried to recover from my debts even after strikes, one day I called them asking about my monthly instalment as it was higher than usual until they told me that insurance was enforcedly included into my car instalment without my agreement even without any signature. I tried to tell them that I couldn't afford their insurance and even if something happened to my car it will be my loss I will have to continue paying its my own loss but they persisted and told me they financed me they don't want to risk . I gave up and started to pay the insurance together with the instalment but agreement between me and them was they will stop after I get insurance of my choice and provided them with a prove . <br> <br> On the 25th of June i managed to get my insurance which is Budget I called ABSA told them that I have my own insurance so I wont be paying the insurance for July they told me that if the money goes through I should just provide them with a verifica
Hello<br> <br> on the 23 June i bought a shoes at Rustenburg waterfall mall truworths, it was perfect fit when i wore it, in few hours time the shoe heel broke, while i was @ work in fornt of clients, what a humuliation, i had to work with sleepers the whole day, when i went back to the shop yesterday 01.07.2015 the asked for a slip, that i have already threw away as i wasnt anticipating this factory fault as i trust the quality of the company, the shoes is still new in a box with a price on it and all the details but they told me there's nothing they can do about it, it's hardly 2 weeks since i had the shoe, now no one can assist me, including the manager himself, i left the shoes as there's nothing i can do about it, i'm not even 60kg but the shoe had to break, someone please intervene<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Kgomotso Sedumedi<br> 0783669896/0145697648<br>
