mixed up parcels

I've had the query since 24 April 2026, the query was handled by Promise Masilela, my client recieved a wrong parcel which was collected from her but she never recieved her parcel from courier guy. the waybill numbers were submitted and have been recieving case number buy no solution, she can be contacted at 071 971 8477 for your perusal
