Really Shocking Service

<p>We are first time importers and have had to find an agent to help us with customs as is the requirements.</p> <p>I recommended Kuehne & Nagel as I have worked with them at a previous company briefly.</p> <p>We have had the worse service ever having to work with a new person almost every day as the one working with us was in training or in a meeting or gone on leave. It has been nothing short of a nightmare and has been a very bad start to something we were really very excited about. Short story they wait till the ship has docked and we are really at a point of tearing out the last 3 hairs on our heads to send us the "final" invoice with a R16000 increase in fees!!!!!!</p> <p>Now what we cannot go back and start over so now our goods are held for handsome till we pay!!!!! And what do they use as an explanation, no sorry they first guy must have quoted us wrong!!!!!</p> <p>NO really how utterly unprofessional of you Kuehne & Nagel</p>
