Terrible customer service
We have been struggling to get paperwork from them for over 2 weeks, received the shipment way before this and still no paperwork. They are completely useless when it comes to communication, resolving issues and anything admin related.

No Service
It seems no one at Kuehne and Nagel cares about business. I requested a quote and they completely ignored me. I actually send it a few times, thinking maybe they didn't get it, but no, they are just not interested in new business. Maybe not in any business, I don't know. I would not recommend you waste your time with them. I am very disappointed at the lack of interest.

Absolutely bad service and no care attitude have a shipment coming from Italy with them and have been no help no correspondence and it’s over 3 months now very very bad service stay away

Non Existent Service.
We have been using this company for years to import equipment products etc, In the last year or so their service level became non existent. They don't have the ability to clear goods, assist with Tarrif headings , advise on import requirements , pick up products on time. In these difficult times they cannot give a reliable service. Save yourself a lot of stress........

Non Existent Service.

Serious bad Service
Kuehne + Nagel (Pty) Ltd I have called. Phone was answered, hold on and had to listen to the most weird music played while I had to hold on. Phone went off. Your service level to our business is in a mess. This is serious because we are going to fire you. Please contact us ********** . Deon Roets

Really Shocking Service
<p>We are first time importers and have had to find an agent to help us with customs as is the requirements.</p> <p>I recommended Kuehne & Nagel as I have worked with them at a previous company briefly.</p> <p>We have had the worse service ever having to work with a new person almost every day as the one working with us was in training or in a meeting or gone on leave. It has been nothing short of a nightmare and has been a very bad start to something we were really very excited about. Short story they wait till the ship has docked and we are really at a point of tearing out the last 3 hairs on our heads to send us the "final" invoice with a R16000 increase in fees!!!!!!</p> <p>Now what we cannot go back and start over so now our goods are held for handsome till we pay!!!!! And what do they use as an explanation, no sorry they first guy must have quoted us wrong!!!!!</p> <p>NO really how utterly unprofessional of you Kuehne & Nagel</p>

Pension fund not paid out
Hello Peter,<br> <br> I resigned from this company (Kuehne-Nagel)about 3 months back but I am still waiting for my pension fund. Today (28.07.2015) I called First Light Group to check how far are they with my money ,they told me that they don't have my information on their system. When phoned Kuehne-Nagel to check what's happening with my money ,Leonie Botha told me that she was busy with something else and she forgot to send my documents to First Light Group.<br> <br> Regards
