Absolutely bad service and no care attitude have a shipment coming from Italy with them and have been no help no correspondence and it’s over 3 months now very very bad service stay away
I have been trying for 3 months to apply for fibre for my home. Unfortunately, vodacom is the only provider my estate allows us to use. In October salesmen came to my door told me my house was live and had me sign the contract. 2 weeks went by and nothing so I went and applied again online, approved the quote and everything, 2 weeks later nothing. So I phoned and the sales department told me that my application was declined and that I should try again. This went on until December. I spent countless hours being transferred to ALLL departments to have them say my account is sitting in legal. I phone legal and they say there is nothing wrong with my account and that it is not with them. I've been promised to called back and to have my account sorted out but it seems that vodacom is not interested. I have been with vodacom for over 10 years. I have a premier account. I just upgraded 3 contracts and an iphone x with them last week. I do not owe them any money as my account is on debit order every month. Seems to me that no one has a clue as to whats going on over there. If i had a choice I would not give them business anymore. I am at a dead end and do not know what else to do.
