It seems no one at Kuehne and Nagel cares about business. I requested a quote and they completely ignored me. I actually send it a few times, thinking maybe they didn't get it, but no, they are just not interested in new business. Maybe not in any business, I don't know. I would not recommend you waste your time with them. I am very disappointed at the lack of interest.
I was very happy with the service I received from Eazi. Our agent Monica was very nice. I can recommend them.
Please, you have the wrong number. I tell the people that phone but they never remove my number. I am not Miss Gwavu. When I try and tell them they throw the phone down and send me an SMS, Miss Gwavu please contact us regarding your Edgars account. This is not on. Stop calling me, I'm not Miss Gwavu.
I want to give it a 0 but it's not an option. I have been trying for more than a month to put in a claim. I cannot sit on the phone for hours as it tells me I'm 76th in the queue, please hold, blah blah. No thank you. I have send no less than 20 emails already trying to find someone to assist me, no luck. The service is absolutely!!! pathetic. I keep getting automated responses but never anybody to actually assist me. I would advise everybody to PLEASE, for your own sanity, never get a policy with Standard Bank. They really do not care about their clients at all. The level of pathetic worthless service I have received is beyond belief.
The online banking is not working. I have tried a few days now and it keeps saying "service is not available wait while we investigate". Nothing happens and nothing changes. This is really making my life SUPER difficult. This is the My Bills section.
Bad Service With the whole Covid nonsense the queue at the bank is very long, so I thought I would do an online application for an account, just to get my money out of Paypal, seeing that this bank has the monopoly on that, but I am not getting any response to my emails. Seems this is the bad service one can expect once the account is open because my account is not open yet and already I am receiving appalling service! So disappointed that this bad service bank has the monopoly on Paypal! I just want to get my money out of Paypal and put it in my normal bank account. (A bank that I am very happy with.)
I am still with them after many years. Changed to fibre....now trying to get them to help me seems impossible. I am frustrated beyond belief. I don't know if I have the right router. Their Whatsapp help did not help at all. I just want someone to actually come back to me with some actual help.
King Price shame on you! They are refusing to pay my excess after their client drove into me. Stating they need an independent witness, but from the damage on my car it is obvious who caused the accident, as well as my police report. They are unethical and I pray that none of their clients EVER drive close to me on the road. Unscrupulous bunch!
They are refusing to refund my excess for a car accident that I did not cause. I have been waiting for a year now for any form of feedback after numerous emails and calls. NOW they tell me since there was no witnesses the case is closed? I stated in all my mails as well as my police report that there is TWO witnesses, but they just don't want to help. Quick to take your money. Pathetic to help. Changing my insurance immediately. First claim in 5 years and this is the service I get? Pathetic!
