Two weeks later since my complaint has reached the quality assurance dept and we are still at the very place we started, that being nowhere. Claim still sitting somewhere on consultant's desk and settlement still not processed as they assured they would exactly 2 weeks ago. Shes no longer on leave or lunch but seemingly the work is, so in short the Risk in their risk solutions is definitely at your own risk

Possibly the worst claim experience i have ever had, have a claim registered 6 months ago and the claims consultant assigned to it over a month ago ignores emails, does not respond to calls, and also dozens of messages which the receptionist confirms were given to her. She processed half my claim after various attempts of reaching her, and has been awol since. Attempts to reach out for someone else to assist are also impossible because the phone rings until it cuts off or goes to voice message system, absolutely horrible service
