We’ve just been scammed approximately R13 000 by them. They supposedly sell puppies in Kimberly and deliver them to your door. Made payment of the puppy, Bruno on 1 Feb 22 in the sum of R4500. This would include vaccinations, food supply, it’s moms blanket, courier by air flight etc. this morning, on the day of delivery, we are called by flight centre, informing us that the breeder, Johan Swardt, brought Bruno in the wrong cage and the correct one they can give to us for R8 475, R8 000 of which is refundable. We made the instant payment. Then they said they need a refundable R17 000 for insurance, at this point we were already sceptical and the R17k made things worse. We told them we don’t have it. We informed Johan, he told that he can organise R13 000 if we find the rest because Bruno has already missed the first flight and the only other available one, flies out shortly. We told him no and that this has become shady and that we want our money back. He came back to us insisting that we at least try and organise R2000. We told him NO and that we want all of our money back. All he said was “okay”. He’s been quiet since and has not responded to any of our further communication.
