****med me out of R4800 for the puppy (Delivery included). Apparently, got the pup to the airport and they wanted a R8000 caution fee which is 100% refundable upon delivery. Red flags from the start. Sucks to be ****med.

Worst mistake of my life
This is the worst experience of my life. Kusa puppies for sale sells puppies in their website. Once you enquire You deal with Johan Swardt who sends pics of the puppies and asks for full payment. The payment included delivery of the puppy, it was R4500. He then links you with a courier company called Airlinks couriers. They send you confirmation of delivery and then Carlson Pillay sends you and email with information but then requests that you buy a new crate for the puppy to travel because of the weather conditions. Johan acts like he doesn’t know this information and indicates that you should confirm details with the airlinks courier company . Airlinks couriers wants R475 for the crate and R8000 refundable deposit once the puppy is delivered. Then they request you pay an insurance policy of R17000 which is required for the dog to travel. Once I refuse to pay then ask for my refund and that the breeder collect the dog, then they ask you to send a cancellation letter. Once Airlink receives it they no longer respond and the block you or change their password.

We’ve just been scammed approximately R13 000 by them. They supposedly sell puppies in Kimberly and deliver them to your door. Made payment of the puppy, Bruno on 1 Feb 22 in the sum of R4500. This would include vaccinations, food supply, it’s moms blanket, courier by air flight etc. this morning, on the day of delivery, we are called by flight centre, informing us that the breeder, Johan Swardt, brought Bruno in the wrong cage and the correct one they can give to us for R8 475, R8 000 of which is refundable. We made the instant payment. Then they said they need a refundable R17 000 for insurance, at this point we were already sceptical and the R17k made things worse. We told them we don’t have it. We informed Johan, he told that he can organise R13 000 if we find the rest because Bruno has already missed the first flight and the only other available one, flies out shortly. We told him no and that this has become shady and that we want our money back. He came back to us insisting that we at least try and organise R2000. We told him NO and that we want all of our money back. All he said was “okay”. He’s been quiet since and has not responded to any of our further communication.

It is a scam. We tried to buy a golden retriever named scooby. Johan Swardt contacted us and asked for a deposit of R2150. On the day of delivery we were sent an email telling us we need to pay about R8000 for a crate that he supposedly knew nothing about. When we contacted him he said he would pay 6K and we had to pay the remaining 2K. Once we said we couldn’t and asked him to refund our deposit he went silent and we haven’t heard from him since.

BAD SERVICE
Good day We searched for a Boerboel puppy and Kusa Home Puppies 4 Sale was one of the Breeders who can assist us. They charge R3000.00 per puppy with R700 delivery fee. They are in Roodepan Kimberley,Northern Cape. We paid the R2000.00 the Breeder Johan Swardt requested on Friday 19/11/2021. Arrangements were made to deliver Scar to our premises on Saturday, 20/11/2021 in Krugersdorp. The courier company contacted us just past 9:00 on Saturday morning to request a further R8457.00 to deliver the puppy. That was not the arrangement with Mr Swardt. We contacted Mr Swardt but he did not answer the phone, and he whatsapp us to say that he was not aware of the same, the messages carried on and he demanded a further R1500.00 to have the puppy delivered. We then requested Mr Swardt to pay back our R2000.00 after we spent a further R1200 to buy stuff for the little one. Mr Swardt has been ignoring us since Saturday morning after we requested our payment back. We suggest that people make 100% sure before doing business with Kusa Home Puppies. We are going to Hello Peter Dot Com as well, because people think they can do whatever they want to other people. Be careful when doing business with Mr Swardt. Hi everyone, Please do not purchase any puppies from KUSApuppies4sale. It is a scam they ask you to pay a dep upfront for puppies and then you do not hear from them. They even send you an ID copy and say that they are legit, even pictures of puppies but they are not a legit company. They even go as far as saying the puppy will be vaccinated, registered and delivered to your doorstep. Their website is KUSApuppies4sale.co.za. The seller claims to be Jan Johannes Verster. IT IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM!!

This company is a SCAM please dont fall victim into buying a puppy from them. They promise to deliver the puppy to your door, vaccinate the puppy etc. They ask for a deposit do not deal with this company or even pay any monies to them.
