****med me out of R4800 for the puppy (Delivery included). Apparently, got the pup to the airport and they wanted a R8000 caution fee which is 100% refundable upon delivery. Red flags from the start. Sucks to be ****med.
No Service delivery! Weeks of no refuse collection! No road maintenance! There account management is a scam! Your account billing for the month is always late and then then give you a letter that you owe them because you are behind on payment when you barely received the account's billing. That letter they send, comes on the 15th of the month, demanding pay on the 23 of the SAME MONTH or they cut off the power. Make a payment on the 23rd and the power is still cut of because 'Its not showing in our system'. Show them proof of payment and they still say 'Its not showing in our system so we can't help you.' Ask them what they can do today to get my power back....'Just bring proof of payment'. THAT I ALREADY JUST SHOWED THEM!!! Useless!
I have had a very bad experience with them. I wanted to buy a Mahindra TUV 300 from them that I saw on Autotrader for R199 000.00. On my 1st visit, I took the car for a test drive and very satisfied. However, the cars price on the lot was R229 000.00. I mentioned this price difference between the add I saw compared to what is shown on the lot. They agreed that the price I saw it for is what I was going to pay. So we went through the finance application where I was approved for 13%. This was to high for me and we re-did the application on my wife's name directly through our personal banker and was successful with a 6% rate. When trying to finalize the deal we just needed an invoice from them to send it to the bank. The dealership then called and said that someone came in and put down a cash deposit and they can no longer sell that Mahindra to me. They did find another Mahindra TUV 300. The same color, on 56 000km on the clock with no tow bar and no roof rack and offered to get that one for me. However, the price would remain the same. The original one I looked at had leather seats, roof rack and tow bar included with only 43 000km on. After sending a mail to the owner raise this, I did not get a good response. The dealership called and said that they can still offer me the Mahindra TUV 300 (the other one with the 56 000km), but I would have to go with their delivery guy to Klerksdorp to test the car there before they would buy it, otherwise they would be buying a car and loosing money out of the deal. So their only offer for me to get the Mahindra, was to go to another branch, sign a bunch of paperwork ensuring that I would buy the car before they would buy it in order to sell it to me. Raising anything with their owners only seemed to do damage. They sold the car I wanted while I was busy with the finance application. On paper they did nothing wrong. Morally, it was just ****ish. I would rather spend more money somewhere else than ever deal with them ever again.
