Today a month later, and still no feedback regarding the ***** on my account. I've changed my banking details from Capitec to FNB and Capitec have the ***** to phone me asking for my credit card payment, even though same was changed via telephone call to Capitec bank on the 4th of April 2024. They don't know what they are doing but are quickly to phone client/s when it comes to money due to them. I've even transfer the funds on the 1st of May 2024 from FNB to Capitec and once again they phone me asking for my payment. I'm so gatvol really. Making a client's name bad and look like we don't pay our debt, but back at the range they are the *********** once.
On 28/03/2024 I went to Capitec Bank, at Cradlestone Mall, to confirm that my account was hacked, because of amounts paid out of my account, without my authority. I received an incident number from Capitec bank the same day and I went to the SAPS to open a case to enable them to issue a case number. I've uploaded the information requested by Capitec bank on 02 April 2024 to their ***** Department. I follow up with them on a daily basis without any courtesy of a reply to my emails. If you phone them, they promise to phone you back with feedback, today 23/04/2024 still no reply or feedback. I emailed the complaints department @ Capitec as well, and Ni-Shaat confirmed that they will keep me posted, also today, 23/04/2024 still no feedback or reply to my queries. I've moved my account no to another bank who is willing to assist you and help you. I will NEVER do business with Capitec bank again, the reason being is they are not helpful, they don't know how to reply to emails, they don't know how to phone clients back, they are useless. It's now nearly a month later and still not funds refunded to my account, or any feedback regarding the outcome of their investigation. Never never never will I do business with them ever again, and I WILL NOT recommend my family or friends to use CAPITEC bank.
Good day We searched for a Boerboel puppy and Kusa Home Puppies 4 Sale was one of the Breeders who can assist us. They charge R3000.00 per puppy with R700 delivery fee. They are in Roodepan Kimberley,Northern Cape. We paid the R2000.00 the Breeder Johan Swardt requested on Friday 19/11/2021. Arrangements were made to deliver Scar to our premises on Saturday, 20/11/2021 in Krugersdorp. The courier company contacted us just past 9:00 on Saturday morning to request a further R8457.00 to deliver the puppy. That was not the arrangement with Mr Swardt. We contacted Mr Swardt but he did not answer the phone, and he whatsapp us to say that he was not aware of the same, the messages carried on and he demanded a further R1500.00 to have the puppy delivered. We then requested Mr Swardt to pay back our R2000.00 after we spent a further R1200 to buy stuff for the little one. Mr Swardt has been ignoring us since Saturday morning after we requested our payment back. We suggest that people make 100% sure before doing business with Kusa Home Puppies. We are going to Hello Peter Dot Com as well, because people think they can do whatever they want to other people. Be careful when doing business with Mr Swardt. I went to the shop on Monday, 11/10/2021 to open an new account for my son, they said only Fourways have stock and they will contact me once the Iphone 11 is there, I phoned them 7 times today, and everytime someone else answers very root and keeps saying they dont have stock of that phone. When I ask to speak to the Manger, Reveka who answered the phone very root said that they dont have stock and that's that. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN open an account with Telkom they dont answer phones, deduct debit orders as they please etc.
I'm sick and tired of Telkom. They debit my account as soon as my salary is paid in, and true's God they reverse same and charge me insufficient funds, and then they charge me R205 extra each time. I did email proof of payment as soon as Telkom debit my account. You can not contact the accounts department they cut you off. My debit order is for the 1st of each month and they debit same on the 25th of each month, but still charge me extra. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TELKOM TO ANY ONE. If you email them they reply please call 081180 and no answer. If you ask them to call you they ignore your emails.
I had my 2 contracts with them. I confirm cancellation of the one account on 26 June 2020...I must still pay same till the end of July 2020. I pay my account via EFT and still they try to debit my account and I must go to the bank each time to reverse same and I must pay the fee...they charge me for non payment debit orders TELKOM but I told them every time that I pay on the day my salary comes in via EFT I even email proof of payment. They charge me R210 For each non payment dibit order Telkom... I cannot speak to the accounts department or the legal department as they call it because they are not allow to transfer customers. I made a payment again today but they keep debit my #€$(%£& account. I will NEVER recomment them.
Im done with this bank. I keep on paying my credit card each month...and they keep on saying im in arrears. Ive emailed all my pop's to them and last year Dec the bank transferred my payment made to my loan account that was paid up in July 2017 to my credit card. I received this sms this morning...Capitec: MS BENZIN, a Section 129 letter of notice has been posted in terms of the National Credit Act. Call 0860667718 to avoid legal action. I keep on emailing them with proof ext but still they keep on treting me with these sms. What can I do because they make me look like a bad payer!!!!
I'm a unhappy client. I was with Virseker insurance for a long time, lots of years. My Polo Vivo got stolen last year December 2018. They refuse to pay out my claim, due to the address. I spoke to a few other insurance companies, and they confirm that it does not matter where the car was parked they MUST pay out, well Virseker refuse. Now I must pay 2 cars due to a kak insurance. I will tell all my friends and family not to make use of them. They are quickly to sponsor boer soek 'n vrou, they are quickly to take your monthly premium but have got issues to pay out claims.
