I received the incorrect item colour and its now been 2 weeks and no noe is responding to my emails despite 3 follow up emails sent. I always purchased from Snatcher but service to return an incorrect item is shocking!!!
I am utterly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I have received from Nandos for the 2nd time around. I will NEVER EVER be going back there to purchase a meal. On the 6th May we called the call center and placed an order for Eagles Landing and was told the order will be ready at 17:10 we arrived at 17:20 to collect the order and waited another 35min or so for the order as it Elias either lost or not ready I then expressed my dissatisfaction to KG the manager in duty who sincerely apologized and advised I should come on the Sunday and he will “assist in making up for the bad service” since the ti this day whenever I go to the restaurant LG is either off or left for the day. We then decided to give Nandos Eagles Landing another try today and placed an order via the call center and was told that the order will be ready at 18:20 when I arrived at 18:20 the cashier arrived and assisted me saying my order is not ready and will be in 10min I mentioned to her how unhappy I was but she did not seem to be phased by that. At 18:30 the order was still not ready and I kept seeing Uber eats Mr Delivery drivers and other customers come after me and leave before me I called the call center to mention my dissatisfaction and I was out to the call center and spoke to an agent by the name of “Llewellyn” (I think) he then asked me to hold while he follows up and I was in hold for about 5min then the call dropped between my wife and I we made about another 2-3 calls back and kept getting put on hold and no1 answers. Between then and 18:45 I had enough and approached the cashier and asked if I could cancel my order and get my money back as it’s now 25-30min over the promised time and still the order wasn’t ready. She then took my slip and went to the station where they were picking the meals and within 5min of waiting after o eventually got my meal at 18:55. During all this time and dissatisfaction of service the manager in duty called “Kumbulani” not once followed up on my order nor did he come and apologize for the delay or dissatisfaction I have received. I will not ever go back to Nandos Eagles Landing ever again employees are not concern about customer service nor are they willing to assist or go the extra mile for a pulsating customer.
Hi everyone, Please do not purchase any puppies from KUSApuppies4sale. It is a scam they ask you to pay a dep upfront for puppies and then you do not hear from them. They even send you an ID copy and say that they are legit, even pictures of puppies but they are not a legit company. They even go as far as saying the puppy will be vaccinated, registered and delivered to your doorstep. Their website is KUSApuppies4sale.co.za. The seller claims to be Jan Johannes Verster. IT IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM!!
This company is a SCAM please dont fall victim into buying a puppy from them. They promise to deliver the puppy to your door, vaccinate the puppy etc. They ask for a deposit do not deal with this company or even pay any monies to them. The seller claims to go by the name of Jan Johannes Verster he will even send an ID copy to FAKE prove that he is legit, THEY ARE NOT!!
Can I please be assisted URGENTLY. On the 7 January at about 14:30 I called Vodacom on 082 1946 I was answered by a lady by the name of Irene i mentioned to her that I would like to cancel my Vodacom data contract as it expired on the 5th December 2020, She then put me through to the cancellations department and a lady by the name of Nadine assisted me assured me that the contract will be cancelled effective end of January. I am now surprised that the contract is not cancelled and I was allocated data again for the month of February. Please can this contract be cancelled with immediate effect??? Nadine was I do not even know if this is a valid ref number from Nadine for my cancellation but the number given was 1-348.
Good day I am greatly upset and disappointed with the service I have received from Palesa Khanye from cellucity Clearwater mall. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for over 15 years. It was the 5th of December 2018 when I took out an additional data contract onto my existing account. It was a 100 GB package with 50gb day n 50gb night. I then depleted the data 20 days if having this contract. I then proceeded to go to cellucity to request Palesa to proceed with a deal cancellation as the data is insufficient and I would like to take out a higher package with vodacom 200gb which is an increase in my subscription fromR699. 00pm to R849. 00pm Palesa refused to give me a solution and says I need to stick it out having 50gb data pm fir the next 3months then only can I migrate or change a package. I dud seek alternate advise from other vodacom stores who did mention a deal cancellation is possible as the line is only about 24 days old but Palesa was unable to assist or give me a current solution I feel I have not been assisted as a loyal customer to vodacom furthermore the system dies not even have my signed contract loaded on. I am also due for an upgrade with another line and I'm starting to question if I should just cancel contracts n move sps. Please can I have feedback or a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.
Yesterday I had been to the Nandos at Canterbury crossing and was issued with 4 vouchers for the freedom day meal and was told by the lady who issued the vouchers it was valid for yesterday 27/04/2015 and that specific store only which I understood. I then purchased 1 meal and advised i will come through later in the day to purchase the other 3 which they understood.<br> <br> I then went later to purchase the other 3 meals and was assisted by Mpho who had advised that they have already reached 400 for the day and issued 3 extra vouchers so my 3 I collected in the morning was not valid any longer.<br> <br> I spoke to Tshepo (He advised he is the manager) and that there was nothing that he could do as they have gave 3 extra vouchers over 400 so my vouchers will not work anymore.<br> <br> I was very unhappy with the service I received as they issued more vouchers than they supposed to resulting in my vouchers being invalid.my s<br> I then proceeded to purchase upper/meals from your competitor restaurant.<br> <br> I have been very supportive in your restaurant and I'm very disappointed with the service I received.<br>
