If there was a zero rating , I was going to select it. Worse and poor customer service. You let Mondo call people on your behalf and when there is a complaint, you don't step up and assist, I have sent numerous emails and will call your call centre and hold for 20 minutes then call will drop. Like I said before come and take this router and stop debiting my account cause I don't have Internet

It is unacceptable that management has an unwillingness to bridge the purchase price of a car that has sound engine and new tyres amd a resent full service. Imagine sitting with a purchase of your car while someone eats puts the finger in their mouth etc. Brillantbsales assistance and was ready to buy.....but be aware of inferior service there after in Lansdowne, what a disgrace.

I have been waiting for the delivery for my car disc for almost two months now without any luck ,the keep on saying the car broke down and keep on receiving sms that the package will be delivered till this day 11/02/2026 from December 2025.I'm not happy with the poor service I have received from RAM.

Cancelled my policy 3 months ago but Capital legacy still debit money from my persal. I called a call centre and I was told to wait for email, it will be sent In 5 minutes time according to the calk Centre agent that I spoke to. Email where I can send proof that they still debiting and my bank confirmation so they can refund me. It's been 4 days now still no email received

Over the years tracker has become worse in its service quality. You pay more for less. The mechanisms which used to be there to assist you have been destroyed by automation and poor service. If you have an emergency and you use their alert button or whatever they have chosen to call it now you are called by a robocall which in the event of an emergency is not useful. I do not recommend anyone to take up products with Tracker. They are quick to advertise additional products but fail in assisting when you need them.

Dear Telkom Customer Care, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from your customer service team. In October 2025, I formally requested the cancellation of my service. To my surprise and frustration, I am still being billed despite this request. This matter should have been resolved months ago. On Saturday the 10th, I contacted your call centre and spoke to a consultant named Olwethu. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor. She repeatedly placed me on hold and was unable to assist with resolving my query. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed that the manager would contact me as they were working from home. Instead, I was transferred to a service rating line, and to date, I have not received the promised call back from a supervisor. Words fail me. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and urgency shown in handling this matter. Is this truly how Telkom treats loyal customers who have supported the company for years? I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, including confirmation of my cancellation and correction of the incorrect billing. I also request to be contacted by a supervisor or manager as a matter of urgency.

Sent the document to HL home loans for my prepaid funds. Sent the documents on Thursday. Yes it was the holidays however a full business day passed and today is day 2 and nothing. Called yesterday for the consult to check if the application was captured and her answer was that she does not have access to the mailbox. Totally disappointed in FNB I am even thinking of moving my home loan..this is the 3rd complain regarding home loans
