Dear Telkom Customer Care,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from your customer service team.
In October 2025, I formally requested the cancellation of my service. To my surprise and frustration, I am still being billed despite this request. This matter should have been resolved months ago.
On Saturday the 10th, I contacted your call centre and spoke to a consultant named Olwethu. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor. She repeatedly placed me on hold and was unable to assist with resolving my query. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed that the manager would contact me as they were working from home. Instead, I was transferred to a service rating line, and to date, I have not received the promised call back from a supervisor.
Words fail me. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and urgency shown in handling this matter. Is this truly how Telkom treats loyal customers who have supported the company for years?
I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, including confirmation of my cancellation and correction of the incorrect billing. I also request to be contacted by a supervisor or manager as a matter of urgency.
