If there was a zero rating , I was going to select it. Worse and poor customer service. You let Mondo call people on your behalf and when there is a complaint, you don't step up and assist, I have sent numerous emails and will call your call centre and hold for 20 minutes then call will drop. Like I said before come and take this router and stop debiting my account cause I don't have Internet
I took absa active in February and cancelled the policy yet they still debit my account in march. I called absa and I am still waiting for absa to refund my money

If there was a ZERO rating for this business I would rate it or minus 1. I want your agent to call me and explain to me why did you double debit me. End of July I paid R 479 for Rain 5G, however on the 1/8 you debited R 15 for the 31/7/2021( your RAIN 5G) wasn't activated at all, I struggled with you for 20 days and finally on the 20/8 a technical came and install the Router, it worked. On the 26th after 8 at night it stopped working, came back Friday after 2 o'clock and again yesterday it comes and goes (yes i agree this might be due to weather) my point is that every since i joined Rain, no joy at all, and again I called last week Friday to enquire about my account, and today you decided to double debit me, WHY? I want your agent to call me now.
It's been 15 days now waiting for Rain to solve my problem
