Cancelled my policy 3 months ago but Capital legacy still debit money from my persal. I called a call centre and I was told to wait for email, it will be sent In 5 minutes time according to the calk Centre agent that I spoke to. Email where I can send proof that they still debiting and my bank confirmation so they can refund me.
It's been 4 days now still no email received
