Cancelled my policy but Capital still continues to debit money from my account
Cancelled my policy 3 months ago but Capital legacy still debit money from my persal. I called a call centre and I was told to wait for email, it will be sent In 5 minutes time according to the calk Centre agent that I spoke to. Email where I can send proof that they still debiting and my bank confirmation so they can refund me. It's been 4 days now still no email received

Bayport staff is very professional and friendly they explained everything to me that I wanted to know, they are very patient. After settling my accounts they sent me proof of payments made to the creditors. I'm so happy with the excellent service I received from Bayport

Debit from my payslip of the policy I ddnt take
Last month I realised that my salary was short, today after receiving the payslip I saw debit from RMA then I went to their offices to enquire, I spoke to the receptionist then asked me to take a seat someone will come and attend me. Nobody came except me being attended over the phone while waiting at RMA offices, I was told that they are shot of staff so I will be attended over the phone. I was told that I took the policy with Matla investment which I have no knowledge of. I then requested the copy of my policy, RMA couldn't provide the copy they say they only have the copy of what I'm covered for I then asked to see what I'm covered for. Carl sent it to me, when I checked the address and email address on the copy are not mine.
